Je werkt samen met een dynamisch team om zowel hotelgasten als lokale bezoekers tijdens het ontbijt, de lunch en het diner een uitzonderlijke ervaring te bieden.Wat ga je doen?Binnen deze functie heb je de volgende taken: • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen over beschikbaarheid in het restaurant. • Je ondersteunt in het afhandelen van gastenklachten en reviews en werkt samen met het team aan verbeteringen. • Je verwerkt bestellingen correct in ons kassasysteem. • Je neemt reserveringen aan. • Je ondersteunt bij projecten van de F&B Manager of Supervisor.INK story INK Hotel Amsterdam - MGallery is een luxe lifestylebestemming met een rijke geschiedenis. Gevestigd in het voormalige pand van dagblad ‘De Tijd', waar verhalen werden geschreven en vereeuwigd in inkt. Ons restaurant PRESSROOM is een uitnodigende huiskamer voor zowel hotelgasten als locals, waar onze getalenteerde keukenbrigade heerlijke gerechten serveert en onze bartenders unieke cocktails shaken.
