Je krijgt de kans om je breed te ontwikkelen binnen het HR-vak, waarbij je betrokken bent bij elke stap van de Employee Journey – van recruitment tot onboarding en medewerkersbetrokkenheid. Je denkt mee, voert gesprekken, regelt de administratie, en bent een zichtbaar aanspreekpunt voor collega's.Je krijgt veel vrijheid én verantwoordelijkheid. INK is een hecht hotelteam, dus jouw bijdrage is belangrijk – en wordt echt gewaardeerd. Of je nu meedenkt over het verbeteren van ons wervingsproces of een verrassingsactie organiseert voor een jarige collega: jij bent erbij. Deze stage is dé plek om te ontdekken waar jouw kracht ligt binnen het HR-werkveld.Jouw voornaamste taken als onze P&C Stagiair zijn: • Werven van nieuwe collega's: je herschrijft vacatures, screent sollicitaties, voert telefonische intakes en neemt deel aan sollicitatiegesprekken. • Zorgen voor een warm welkom bij nieuwe medewerkers: je regelt alles rondom hun start, begeleidt het onboardingproces en helpt bij de onboarding training. • Ondersteunen in de personeelsadministratie: je stelt arbeidsovereenkomsten op en zorgt dat personeelsdossiers compleet en up-to-date zijn. • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer: collega's en afdelingshoofden weten je te vinden voor vragen of hulp. • Organiseren van teammomenten: van Valentijnsdag tot een gez
