De functie inhoud Als Intern Recruitment zullen volgende taken op je agenda staan:

  • Je helpt bedrijven groeien door hen te ondersteunen in hun zoektocht naar nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Jij maakt de match tussen bedrijf en kandidaat door uitgebreide gesprekken, schrijven van vacatures, opvolgen van sollicitaties, etc.
  • Eenmaal een kandidaat opgestart is, zorg jij voor een uitmuntende aftercare.
  • Sollicitanten worden door jou warm onthaald. Je kan mensen volledig op hun gemak stellen.
  • Het voorbereiden en versturen van mailings maakt deel uit van jouw takenpakket als stagiair.
  • Administratie up to date houden (kandidatendossiers, verlenging van contracten, verloning, sociale documenten, etc.) behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Zowel online als offline bouw je mee aan het merk van Noël Franklin.
