FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een technische duizendpoot met een passie voor elektriciteit en mechanica? Als Interventietechnieker zorg je ervoor dat onze productie-installaties optimaal blijven draaien. Je spoort storingen op, voert onderhoud uit en denkt actief mee over technische verbeteringen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opsporen en oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen aan productie-installaties.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief, correctief, predictief en adaptief onderhoud.
  • Onderhouden van industriële machines volgens het onderhoudsplan en de geldende richtlijnen.
  • Installaties veilig stellen vóór de uitvoering van onderhoudswerken.
  • Uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudstaken zoals reinigen, smeren, vervangen van filters, riemen, tandwielen en andere slijtageonderdelen.
  • Reviseren en herstellen van onder andere pompen, compressoren, matrijzen en filters.
  • Demonteren en vervangen van defecte onderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van technische aanpassingen aan machines en installaties.
  • Signaleren van de nood aan curatief onderhoud en meedenken over verbeteringen.
  • Opsporen en oplossen van problemen aan de extrusielijnen.
  • Controleren van de goede werking van machines en technische installaties.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan operatoren.
  • Stand-by staan voor dringende technische interventies.

PROFIEL

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een sterke technische kennis van elektriciteit en mechanica.
  • Je beschikt over een goed inzicht in industriële machines en technische processen.
  • Je hebt kennis van automatisering, hydraulica en pneumatica.
  • Ervaring met meet en diagnoseapparatuur is een plus.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Je bent flexibel, communicatief en neemt graag initiatief.
