Functieomschrijving: Als inventory controller fungeer jij als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor afnemers die reserveonderdelen nodig hebben. Jouw dagelijkse routine bestaat uit het soepel laten verlopen van het gehele orderproces, waarbij snelheid en accuratesse altijd voorop staan. Je beoordeelt binnengekomen aanvragen en zet deze om in concrete offertes of bestellingen. Daarnaast adviseer je klanten over de meest geschikte onderdelen en zoek je actief naar passende alternatieven indien nodig.

Je bent constant in contact met afdelingen zoals logistiek, service en supply chain om leveringen te garanderen. Het is jouw taak om commerciële kansen te herkennen, zoals het adviseren over slijtdelen of upgrades. Verder beheer je alle relevante data in het systeem, zodat voorraadniveaus en prijsafspraken
