Voor een bedrijf in Beringen zoeken wij een gedreven Logistics Administration Specialist (Inventory) die verantwoordelijk is voor het nauwkeurig coördineren en waarborgen van een correct voorraadbeheer. In deze rol ben je het proactieve aanspreekpunt voor de klant en zorg je voor een exacte inventarisatie door middel van nauwgezette controles.

Je takenpakket is zeer gevarieerd:

  • Je rapporteert en interpreteert voorraadgegevens,
  • voert diepgaande analyses uit en communiceert deze resultaten helder naar zowel het management als de klant.
  • Daarnaast stuur je preventieve controles aan,
  • volg je klantklachten op en beheer je cruciale processen zoals de cycle count en het scrap-proces.
  • Je identificeert proactief knelpunten, voert 'root cause' analyses uit en stelt verbeteringen voor die je ook deels zelf implementeert.
  • Ook de opvolging en bestelling van verbruiksgoederen op de werkvloer behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid.

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige administratieve functie binnen de logistiek.
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en hebt een duidelijke affiniteit met data.
  • Ervaring met Lean en/of Operational Excellence is een belangrijke troef om processen te optimaliseren.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, resultaatgericht en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden richting klanten en collega's.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel in woord als geschrift.
