Als Inventory Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren, analyseren en optimaliseren van het voorraadbeheer. Dankzij jouw analytische aanpak zorg je voor een correcte stock, ondersteun je verschillende afdelingen en draag je actief bij aan continue verbeteringen binnen de logistieke organisatie.

  • Analyseren en rapporteren van voorraadgegevens aan interne stakeholders en klanten
  • Opzetten en opvolgen van preventieve controles om voorraadverschillen te vermijden
  • Proactief communiceren met klanten over stockafwijkingen, klachten en corrigerende acties
  • Beheren en opvolgen van het scrap-proces
  • Organiseren en uitvoeren van cycle counts
  • Identificeren van problemen binnen het voorraadbeheer en uitvoeren van root cause analyses
  • Uitwerken en implementeren van verbeteracties ter optimalisatie van stockprocessen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor voorraadbeheer binnen operations, planning en customer service
  • Actief bijdragen aan de organisatie, uitvoering en analyse van wall-to-wall inventarissen
  • Beheren van consumables, inclusief bestellingen, opvolging en voorraadcontroles
  • Registreren van voorraadgegevens en tijdig signaleren van tekorten of afwijkingen
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie
  • Sterke affiniteit met data-analyse en voorraadbeheer
  • Ervaring met Lean, Continuous Improvement of Operational Excellence vormt een meerwaarde
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en oog voor detail
  • Oplossings- en resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Klantgerichte houding en professionele aanpak
  • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Vloeiende kennis van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
