Vanuit een sterk groeiende Nederlandse tak werkt TIP aan volledige landelijke dekking en verdere uitbreiding binnen Europa. Wat TIP onderscheidt, is hun aanpak: geen traditionele sales, maar adviserende trajecten met vastgoedeigenaren. Ze nemen risico's over, bieden slimme financiële oplossingen en bouwen langdurige relaties op. Hierdoor opereren ze op het snijvlak van vastgoed, finance en infrastructuur een markt met hoge complexiteit én directe impact. De cultuur binnen TIP is ondernemend en volwassen. Er is veel vrijheid en autonomie, weinig micromanagement en een duidelijke mentaliteit: "If you do nothing, nothing happens." De functie Als Investment & Development Manager bouw je je eigen regio en pipeline op. Dit doe je niet door producten te verkopen, maar door het opkopen van bestaande telecomcontracten. Je benadert vastgoedeigenaren zoals boeren, VvE's en vastgoedpartijen, analyseert hun situatie en adviseert over de financiële mogelijkheden. Veel eigenaren hebben satellietlocaties met langlopende contracten (±20 jaar) met providers zoals KPN en Odido, goed voor circa €10K per jaar. Jij biedt hen de mogelijkheid dit in één keer af te kopen, bijvoorbeeld €120K. De klant krijgt directe liquiditeit voor herinvestering, terwijl TIP een schaalbare portefeuille opbouwt met stabiele, langlopende inkomsten en geoptimaliseerd risico een duidelijke win-win. Je werkt consultatief: je doet research, legt contact, hebt regelmatig face-to-face afspraken en bouwt actief aan langdurige relaties en vertrouwen. Dit doe je binnen een hecht team van 8 collega's.
