De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Private Equity Fund Controller in Roeselare?

  • Opvolging van private‑equity investeringen: operationeel, juridisch en fiscaal, inclusief analyse van rapportages, jaarrekeningen en financiële cijfers
  • Daarnaast bewaak jij de convenanten, opvragingen en uitkeringen, en uitvoeren van risico‑, performance‑ en operationele KPI‑controles
  • Jij doet de berekeningen en controles per kwartaal op basis van fair value
  • Coördinatie tussen alle betrokken partijen zoals de betalingsagent, bewaarder, accountant & auditor
  • Jij bent de persoon die de compliance & administratie verder opvolgt
