Als Invoicing Officer te Damme ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige facturatieflow:

  • Vorderingsstaten opmaken en nauwgezet opvolgen
  • Je verwerkt verkoopfacturen via Navision en stemt correct af op offertes, manuren en uitgevoerde werken
  • Projectfacturatie beheren zoals verschillen analyseren tussen offerte, uitvoering en facturatie
  • Debiteurenbeheer waaronder openstaande dossiers opvolgen en klanten proactief contacteren
  • Projectoverzicht bewaren over meerdere lopende dossiers en intensief schakelen met interne collega's
