Du möchtest nicht nur am Schreibtisch analysieren, sondern sehen, wie IoT-Lösungen in der Praxis beim Kunden funktionieren?

Hier erwartet dich eine vielseitige Rolle, in der du als technische Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Teams und der Entwicklung agierst. Dabei begleitest du neue IoT-Produkte und Lösungen von der Pilotphase bis zum erfolgreichen Rollout, unterstützt bei Installationen und Inbetriebnahmen und gehst technischen Problemen gezielt auf den Grund.

Mit deinem Know-how sorgst du dafür, dass die Lösungen auch in der realen Kundenumgebung stabil und zuverlässig funktionieren.

Aufgabengebiet

* Du bist zentrale technische Ansprechperson für Kunden sowie interne Teams und begleitest neue IoT-Produkte von der Einführung bis zum stabilen Betrieb

* Du präsentierst gemeinsam im Team die Lösungen auf Messen und zeigst deren optimalen Einsatz

* Du analysierst und behebst technische Probleme (remote & vor Ort), führst Root-Cause-Analysen durch und unterstützt bei komplexen Supportfällen

* Du übernimmst proaktives Monitoring der Lösungen und unterstützt bei Pilotinstallationen, Rollouts und Inbetriebnahmen

* Du führst Schulungen, Trainings und Workshops für Kunden und interne Teams durch

* Du nimmst Kundenfeedback strukturiert auf und bringst es in die Weiterentwicklung der Produkte ein

Skill-Set

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektrotechnik, IT oder vergleichbar)

* Erste Erfahrung in einer technischen Schnittstellenfunktion, idealerweise im IoT-Umfeld

* Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerk- und IoT-Themen (WiFi, IoT-Devices, Microcontroller, Bluetooth)

* Erfahrung mit technischem Troubleshooting sowie idealerweise mit Linux, Log-Analysen oder Scripting

* Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

* Reisebereitschaft bis ca. 40 %, überwiegend für Tages- bzw. mehrtägige Einsätze innerhalb Europa

Das mögliche Gehalt
