The posting

Voor een groeiende technische onderneming gespecialiseerd in industrieel en hydraulisch leidingwerk wordt een ervaren ISO-Technieker / Pijpfitter gezocht.

De technieker staat in voor het inmeten, prefabriceren en monteren van leidingwerk bij industriële klanten. Hierbij wordt gewerkt aan de hand van isometrische tekeningen en technische schema's.

  • Inmeten van leidingtrajecten en installaties bij industriële klanten.
  • Prefabriceren en monteren van verschillende soorten leidingwerk.
  • Monteren van leidingen aan de hand van isometrische tekeningen en technische plannen.
  • Lezen en correct interpreteren van ISO-tekeningen.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van hydraulische, pneumatische en P&ID-schema's.
  • Bepalen van leidingroutes en praktisch vertalen van technische tekeningen naar de situatie op de werf.
  • Werken met leidingen, koppelingen, flenzen, slangen en andere technische componenten.
  • Aanvragen of bestellen van de materialen die nodig zijn voor de uitvoering.
  • Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige metingen met onder andere schuifmaat en laser.
  • Spoelen en druktesten van nieuw of aangepast leidingwerk.
  • Technisch controleren van de installatie vóór indienststelling.
  • In bedrijf stellen van leidinginstallaties.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen, technische problemen en mogelijke meerwerken.
  • Zoeken naar praktische technische oplossingen wanneer de situatie op locatie afwijkt van het plan.
  • Correct invullen van servicerapporten.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkplek.
  • Indien nodig begeleiden of aansturen van andere servicemonteurs.
  • Rapporteren aan de Teamleader of onderhoudsverantwoordelijke.
  • Beschikt over een technische opleiding binnen elektromechanica, mechanica, piping of een andere STEM-richting, of is gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Heeft een goede basiskennis van elektromechanica en mechanische installaties.
  • Kan zelfstandig technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Kan isometrische tekeningen vlot lezen en begrijpen.
  • Heeft kennis van of ervaring met hydraulische, pneumatische en/of P&ID-schema's.
  • Beschikt over een sterk ruimtelijk inzicht en kan een 2D-tekening praktisch vertalen naar een 3D-situatie op de werf.
  • Heeft bij voorkeur ervaring als pijpfitter, leidingmonteur, ISO-technieker, servicemonteur of mechanisch monteur.
  • Kan nauwkeurig inmeten en werken volgens opgegeven afmetingen.
  • Kan correct overweg met standaard technisch gereedschap en meettoestellen.
  • Beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Werkt zelfstandig en kan de eigen werkzaamheden plannen volgens afgesproken deadlines.
  • Denkt oplossingsgericht wanneer onverwachte technische situaties ontstaan.
  • Blijft ook onder tijdsdruk aandacht besteden aan veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Is klantgericht en kan technische informatie duidelijk communiceren.
  • Kan werken met pc, tablet en smartphone voor basisadministratie en rapportage.
  • Spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Een rijbewijs voor aanhangwagen vormt een extra pluspunt.
  • Is bereid om regelmatig op locatie bij verschillende klanten te werken.
  • Is fysiek in staat om praktisch montagewerk in verschillende werkhoudingen uit te voeren.
