Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, Lehre, Fachschule) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung mit modernen IT-Infrastrukturen und idealerweise Virtualisierungs-, Backup- und Security-Lösungen

* Interesse an Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und den Möglichkeiten künstlicher Intelligenz

* Begeisterung für neue Technologien und innovative IT-Lösungen

* Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Server- und Netzwerktechnik

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Lernbereitschaft sowie Freude an einem abwechslungsreichen Aufgabengebiet

Deine Aufgaben

* Identifikation, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-Lösungen zur Optimierung interner Prozesse

* Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Unternehmensprozessen

* Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie Wartungs- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer branchenspezifischen Softwarelösungen, insbesondere BMD NTCS

* Betreuung unserer IT-Infrastruktur an allen Standorten (Client-, Server- und Netzwerksysteme)

* Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen im First- und Second-Level-Support

* Installation, Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Hard- und Software

* Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement
