Als IT-Allrounder (w/m/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung einer stabilen, international angebundenen IT-Landschaft. Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb von Servern, Netzwerk und Cloud-Services, begleitest die laufende ERP-Migration in die Cloud und gestaltest gemeinsam mit dem Team moderne Lösungen rund um Microsoft 365, Azure und IT-Security.

Aufgabengebiet

* Administration und Betrieb der virtuellen Serverlandschaft (VMware) sowie der zentralen IT-Infrastruktur

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365- und Azure-Umgebung inklusive Rechte- und Authentifizierungskonzepten

* Verantwortung für die Netzwerkinfrastruktur inklusive Firewalls (z. B. Barracuda), Switches, VLANs und Netzwerksegmentierung

* Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungsprojekten, insbesondere an der laufenden ERP-Cloud-Migration

* Verantwortung für den 2nd-Level-Support sowie vertretungsweise Unterstützung des 1st-Level-Helpdesks

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, internationalen Standorten und externen IT-Dienstleistern

Skill-Set

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HTL, FH) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT-Systemadministrator oder IT-Generalist

* Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 und idealerweise Azure

* Praxis in VMware-Umgebungen sowie grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse (Firewall, Switches, VLANs, Security-Basics)

* Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

* Teamorientierte, offene Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise und hoher Eigenverantwortung

Das mögliche Gehalt

Das Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung zwischen EUR 3800 und EUR 4600 brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis).
