Das AMS-Salzburg sucht, im Rahmen einer BewerberInnen-Vorauswahl, für die Wirtschaftskammer Salzburg, eine/n 1 IT Application Manager (m/w/d) für den Bereich IT und interne Dienste für den Bereich IT und interne Dienste

5027 Salzburg Vollzeit: 40Std/Woche ab sofort Jahresbruttogehalt: € 50.000,00

Sie verstärken unser Team bei:

* CRM-Management & Weiterentwicklung: Administrative Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung des CRM-Systems für das WIFI Salzburg und die Wirtschaftskammer Salzburg

* Support & Schulungen: Unterstützung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Arbeitsalltag sowie Durchführung interner Schulungen zur sicheren Systemnutzung

* Analyse & Reporting: Erstellung aussagekräftiger Auswertungen

* IT-Projektmanagement: Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner IT-Projekte zur digitalen Weiterentwicklung

* Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern: Koordination und Abstimmung mit IT-Dienstleistern zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe

* Prozessunterstützung mit System: Mitwirkung an der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung

Uns ist wirklich wichtig:

* Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HTL etc.), einschlägiges Studium oder einschlägige praktische Erfahrung in diesem Gebiet

* Kenntnisse in (T)SQL und JAVA sowie Systemkenntnisse (MS-Server, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL)

* Interesse an den Zukunftsthemen der Digitalisierung und der stetigen Weiterentwicklung bestehender Abläufe

* Innovationsfreude als auch eine Offenheit für Veränderungen

* Kontaktfreude, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein freundliches sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
