IHRE AUFGABEN * Betreuung und Administration bestehender Applikationen und Schnittstellen mit Schwerpunkt ERP-System * Einführen und testen neuer ERP-Anwendungen und Funktionalitäten * Einführung neuer Prozesse, Optimierung bestehender ERP-Prozesse * Betreuung von ERP-Schnittstellen und Anwendersupport für bestehende Applikationen * Definition von Softwareanforderungen und Erstellung von Konzepten, Pflichtenheften, Anwenderunterlagen und Dokumentationen * Administration, Anpassung und Optimierung der Anwendungen * Schulung und Beratung der (Key-)User sowie der Mitarbeitenden der Fachbereiche * Mitarbeit und eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung bei IT-Projekten (u.a. Weiterentwicklung der Systeme und Prozesslandschaft) * Fehleranalyse und -behebung in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern * Erstellen von Datenbankauswertungen * Durchführung von Software- bzw. Integrations-Tests * Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen für neue Mitarbeitende * Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems * Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Implementierung von Prozessänderungen

IHR PROFIL * Abgeschlossene technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HTL, FH) * Sehr gute ERP Kenntnisse mit Aptean rs2 (insbesondere betriebswirtschaftliche und logistische Geschäftsprozessenntnisse) * Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Anwendungsmanagement oder in einer ähnlichen Position * Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse * Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenbanken SQL-Abfragen (MS SQL-Server) * Serviceorientierte Ansprechperson mit analytischem Denkvermögen * Streben nach kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung und -entwicklung * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Anwendungen * Ausgeprägte Team- und Kooperationsbereitschaft
