The posting

We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en analytische IT Assistent met een sterke interesse in Artificiële Intelligentie, procesoptimalisatie en automatisering.

In deze functie analyseer je processen binnen de organisatie, detecteer je mogelijkheden voor automatisering en ontwikkel je praktische AI-oplossingen die effectief gebruikt kunnen worden in de dagelijkse werking. Daarnaast ondersteun je verschillende ICT-projecten en help je collega's om nieuwe toepassingen correct en efficiënt te gebruiken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Processen binnen de organisatie analyseren en structureren.
  • Mogelijkheden voor automatisering en procesoptimalisatie identificeren.
  • AI-oplossingen ontwerpen en implementeren, waaronder generatieve AI-toepassingen en workflowautomatisering.
  • De haalbaarheid en rentabiliteit van AI- en automatiseringsprojecten beoordelen.
  • Werken met RAG-technieken (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) om AI-oplossingen te verrijken met interne data en kennis.
  • Gebruikersdocumentatie opstellen en zorgen voor een correcte implementatie van AI-toepassingen.
  • Collega's opleiden en begeleiden zodat zij nieuwe toepassingen vlot kunnen gebruiken.
  • Beschikbaar blijven voor ondersteuning en gebruikers helpen bij vragen of problemen.
  • Mee instaan voor de verdere ontwikkeling van het intranet.
  • Andere ICT-projecten mee opvolgen in samenwerking met de IT-verantwoordelijke.

Profiel & Vaardigheden

  • Sterke interesse en passie voor Artificiële Intelligentie en bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige relevante werkervaring.
  • Sterke analytische en conceptuele vaardigheden.
  • Je kunt complexe processen begrijpen en vertalen naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Empathisch ingesteld en in staat om de behoeften van gebruikers goed te begrijpen en collega's te begeleiden.
  • Resultaatgericht en gemotiveerd om projecten van idee tot realisatie te brengen.
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Goede communicatieve en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
  • Bereid om voortdurend bij te leren en ontwikkelingen binnen AI en ICT op te volgen.
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Bij voorkeur woonachtig in de directe omgeving.
