De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als IT Business Analist in Deerlijk?

  • Bedrijfsprocessen worden in kaart gebracht en geanalyseerd, met als doel gerichte verbeteringen te implementeren die de efficiëntie en effectiviteit verhogen
  • Noden van afdelingen zoals HR, Finance en Logistiek worden grondig geanalyseerd, waarna je ze vertaalt naar slimme en haalbare IT-oplossingen
  • Projecten beheer je zelfstandig van A tot Z, steeds in nauw overleg met interne en externe stakeholders
  • Heldere en overtuigende presentaties van je analyses en aanbevelingen maken deel uit van je dagelijkse werk, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma en minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Ervaring met procesmodelleringstools zoals UML en BPMN.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Een proactieve mindset en het vermogen om zelfstandig projecten te leiden en uit te voeren.
