Je zet behoeften van stakeholders en complexe wetgeving om in heldere functionele designs en direct bruikbare user stories. - Procesmodellering (BPMN 2.0 & Lean/Six Sigma): Je analyseert en herontwerpt omvangrijke administratieve en operationele ketens, pakt knelpunten bij de bron aan en bereidt processtructuren voor op geavanceerde automatisering. - Data-driven Besluitvorming: Je gebruikt data-analysetools zoals SQL, Python/R, Power BI en Tableau voor grondige analyses.
