Aktuell suchen wir: 1 IT Business Analyst Finance & ERP (all gender) Das sind deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen motivierten Business Analysten, der als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unserer globalen Finanzorganisation und Corporate IT fungiert. In dieser Rolle übersetzt Du strategische Finanzziele, geschäftliche Anforderungen und Nutzerbedürfnisse in nachhaltige IT-Lösungen. Die Position verantwortet strategische globale Rollouts innerhalb der ALPLA Gruppe sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung finanzrelevanter Prozesse.

* Aufbau und Pflege einer vertrauensvollen und nachhaltigen Partnerschaft mit dem Finanzbereich auf Basis eines fundierten Verständnisses der strategischen Geschäftsziele und Anforderungen

* Vorantreiben strategischer Finanz-Transformationsinitiativen und aktive Mitgestaltung der globalen Finanz-Applikationslandschaft von ALPLA

* Steuerung und Priorisierung von Business-Anforderungen innerhalb eines agilen Teams unter Berücksichtigung von Business Value, strategischer Relevanz und Umsetzungsaufwand

* Identifikation von Potenzialen für Automatisierung, datengestützte Entscheidungen sowie KI-gestützte Prozessverbesserungen

* Mitarbeit bei unserem globalen ERP-Rollout sowie Leitung von Finanz-IT-Projekten (z. B. Automatisierung von Kontoauszugsprozess)

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern aus unterschiedlichen Regionen und Kulturen innerhalb der ALPLA Gruppe

* Steuerung und Koordination externer Partner und Dienstleister

* Dokumentation von Prozessen und Workflows

Das bringst du mit

* Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche und IT-Kenntnisse

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich, in Transformationsprojekten, ERP-Projekten oder im Business Analysis Umfeld

* Praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen und interdisziplinären Stakeholdern sowie der gemeinsamen Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
