Ben jij de bruggenbouwer die complexe bedrijfsprocessen feilloos weet te vertalen naar ijzersterke IT-oplossingen? Voor een toonaangevende, kapitaalkrachtige speler in de logistieke sector (regio West-Vlaanderen) zoeken wij de drijvende kracht achter hun digitale transformatie.

Dit is geen rol waarin louter tickets worden opgelost of code wordt geklopt. Aan boord van dit ijzersterke familiebedrijf stap je in een organisatie die massaal investeert in de modernisering van hun tech-stack (ERP, data, geautomatiseerde flows). Hier vorm jij de onmisbare schakel tussen de business (van productie tot logistiek) en de IT-uitvoering.

Jobomschrijving

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Huidige, vaak complexe operationele processen breng jij in kaart en kneed je om tot de geoptimaliseerde, digitale flow van de toekomst.
  • In gesprekken met stakeholders uit alle lagen van het bedrijf capteer je de échte pijnpunten. Vervolgens vertaal je deze haarscherp naar werkbare functionele en technische requirements.
  • Project Orchestratie: De implementatie van nieuwe softwareoplossingen (zoals ERP- en WMS-systemen) stuur je van A tot Z aan, waarbij zowel interne IT-collega's als externe partners op jouw coördinatie rekenen.
  • Change Management: Omdat technologie steevast faalt wanneer mensen het niet gebruiken, neem jij de organisatie proactief mee in dit nieuwe digitale verhaal. Een vlotte adoptie op de werkvloer is het ultieme doel.

Jouw profiel:

  • Analytisch inzicht vormt jouw basis, bij voorkeur ondersteund door een diploma in (Business) IT, Handelswetenschappen of een gelijkwaardig abstract denkniveau door ervaring.
  • Bewezen track record in het doorlichten van bedrijfsprocessen en affiniteit met de implementatie van zware bedrijfssoftware (ERP, CRM, data-integraties) behoren tot jouw professionele arsenaal.
  • Schakelen tussen de technische terminologie van developers en een pragmatische uitleg voor de plant manager gaat je als een ware kameleon af.
  • Bestaande structuren kritisch in vraag stellen ("Waarom doen we dit vandaag nog in Excel?") vraagt om assertiviteit, iets waar jij van nature sterk en diplomatisch in staat.
