Notre partenaire recherche un·e IT Business Partner pour faire le lien entre ses équipes construction et la Direction IT du groupe. À la croisée du business, de la gestion de projets et de l'optimisation des processus, cette fonction offre un terrain de jeu riche, transversal et à fort impact.

À ce poste, vous rejoignez un département IT d'une dizaine de personnes. En lien direct avec la Direction et en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles, vous êtes le relais privilégié entre les réalités du terrain et les solutions à mettre en place.

Voici vos principales responsabilités :

  • Vous analysez les besoins et les processus des métiers pour proposer des solutions IT adaptées et performantes ;
  • Vous identifiez et priorisez les projets, et contribuez à construire la roadmap avec la Direction ;
  • Vous pilotez les projets de bout en bout, de l'expression du besoin à la mise en œuvre, en assurant le suivi de la documentation, des inventaires et des licences ;
  • Vous challengez les pratiques existantes et proposez des améliorations, nourries par une veille technologique active ;
  • Vous maintenez la cartographie applicative des équipes construction et veillez à la cohérence et à l'évolution des outils ;
  • Vous embarquez les équipes dans le changement grâce au support, à la formation et à une conduite du changement pédagogue ;
  • Vous veillez au respect des bonnes pratiques en cybersécurité, gestion des données et gouvernance ;
  • Vous portez les priorités de votre périmètre dans la stratégie IT du groupe et mesurez la valeur créée par les projets à l'aide d'indicateurs de performance.

Votre premier chantier : la donnée. Vous dressez l'état des lieux de l'existant, fixez les règles de qualité et de propriété et structurez les référentiels. Vous prenez également part à la transformation de l'architecture IT du groupe, avec en perspective un nouvel ERP, un CRM, des solutions propres à la construction et l'intégration progressive de l'IA.
