Door onze groei zoeken we extra ondersteuning binnen IT. In deze rol ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor collega’s die vastlopen met hardware, software of vragen rond onze interne systemen.

Je zorgt ervoor dat vragen en problemen goed opgevolgd worden, brengt structuur in tickets en denkt mee over hoe processen eenvoudiger en efficiënter kunnen. Je hoeft niet alles meteen te kennen, maar je hebt wel de goesting om je vast te bijten in systemen, oorzaken te zoeken en oplossingen helder te communiceren.

Wat ga je doen als IT/Business process analyst?

Als IT/Business proces analist ondersteun je collega’s bij het gebruik en de optimalisatie van het ERP-systeem en andere applicaties. Je analyseert problemen, biedt oplossingen en zorgt voor een efficiënte werking van de processen.

Je wordt een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en zorgt ervoor dat vragen, problemen en aanpassingen correct opgevolgd worden.

  • Planning: Je beheert de IT-planning (vraag vs capaciteit) en verzekert succesvolle projecten en verbeteringen (via bvb scrumplanning).
  • Applicatie-ondersteuning: Samen met de IT-collega’s volg je de IT-service management processen (tickets, verbeteringen, releases,…) op en zorg voor een goede opvolging en inplanning vs. capaciteit.
  • Data, configuratie en procesopvolging: De IT-analisten kennen de systemen, je werkt samen met hen om verbeteringsopportuniteiten in processen en automatisaties te identificeren, valideren alsook in te plannen en realiseren. Je onderzoekt fouten om de werking van het systeem stabiel en betrouwbaar te houden (bvb master data,…).
  • Analyse en optimalisatie: Het IT-team beheert een BI/rapporteringsomgeving. Je denkt mee over de KPI’s met het management en zet deze op.
  • Oplossingsgerichtheid/initiatief: Vanuit analyse van de nodige verbeteringen en root causes, voorstellen voorbereiden, maken en adviseren voor het management voor de korte en lange termijn.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt minstens 3-5 jaar ervaring in project of scrum management.
  • Je begrijpt de brug tussen business en IT: je luistert naar de vraag achter de vraag en vertaalt die naar een haalbare oplossing. Servicegericht werken zit dan ook in jouw natuur.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen in leasing (bvb. Miles), reporting systemen (Power BI, Crystal reports, Jaspersoft) en AI is een plus.
  • Geduld, structuur en proactiviteit typeren jouw aanpak: je denkt graag mee over hoe processen beter, eenvoudiger of duidelijker kunnen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans en kan je uitdrukken in het Engels.
