Voor onze klant actief in mobiliteitsoplossingen zoeken we een gedreven IT & Business Support Analist. Onze klant is een gevestigde, familiale speler met vestigingen in de regio Kortrijk, waar jarenlange ervaring en een gedreven team samenkomen. Medewerkers werken er elke dag met trots en passie, en jij helpt als IT & Business Support Analist collega's dagelijks verder met ERP-systemen en bedrijfsapplicaties.

Jouw functie als IT & Business Support Analist Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's die vastlopen in het ERP-systeem of andere bedrijfsapplicaties. Je analyseert problemen en reikt oplossingen aan. Daarnaast beheer je ERP-configuraties, onderzoek je incidenten en beantwoord je vragen van gebruikers. Verder optimaliseer je processen en verbeter je toepassingen. Je helpt mee bij het plannen en opvolgen van IT-projecten volgens scrum, en volgt IT-servicemanagementprocessen op zoals tickets en releases. Je beheert configuraties, master data en automatisaties. Ten slotte houd je ook de BI/rapporteringsomgeving mee in goede banen met opvolging van KPI's, en werkt voorstellen uit voor het management.

  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in IT, applicatiebeheer, business analyse of projectmanagement.
  • Je hebt een servicegerichte, geduldige en gestructureerde werkhouding.
  • Je bent proactief en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans; kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en rapporteringstools zoals Power BI, Crystal Reports of Jaspersoft is een troef.
  • Affiniteit met AI is mooi meegenomen.
