The posting

Als IT Change & Project Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, coördineren en succesvol implementeren van IT-changes en operationele IT-projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat wijzigingen op een gecontroleerde, efficiënte manier en met minimale impact op de bedrijfsvoering worden uitgevoerd. Dankzij jouw helicopterview, gestructureerde aanpak en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden verlopen projecten en veranderingen volgens planning en kwaliteitsnormen.

Wat ga je doen?

Coördineren en opvolgen van IT-changes van aanvraag tot implementatie.

Plannen, organiseren en bewaken van operationele IT-projecten.

Afstemmen met interne teams, externe partners en business stakeholders.

Identificeren, analyseren en beperken van risico's die impact kunnen hebben op de dienstverlening.

Bewaken van deadlines, prioriteiten en actiepunten binnen lopende projecten en changes.

Faciliteren van overlegmomenten en zorgen voor een duidelijke communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.

Opstellen en onderhouden van rapporteringen, projectdocumentatie en change-gerelateerde documentatie.

Toezien op de naleving van interne processen, procedures en kwaliteitsstandaarden. Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen IT Change Management, IT Project Management of een gelijkaardige coördinerende functie.

Je hebt een goed begrip van IT-infrastructuur, applicaties en operationele IT-processen.

Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.

Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en weet verschillende stakeholders op één lijn te krijgen.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook in complexe situaties.

Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.

Ervaring met ITIL, change management processen of projectmanagementmethodologieën is een plus.
