Ook achter de schermen moet de IT-omgeving betrouwbaar, veilig en toekomstbestendig zijn. Als IT-Coördinator bij BouMatic Robotics in Emmeloord zorg jij ervoor dat collega's iedere dag probleemloos kunnen werken. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-vraagstukken en combineert gebruikersondersteuning met technisch beheer. Van werkplekken en gebruikersaccounts tot servers, netwerken en IT-security: jij houdt overzicht en zorgt dat de omgeving blijft draaien. Tegelijkertijd krijg je ruimte om verbeteringen te signaleren en samen met collega's uit het Europese IT-team de IT-organisatie verder te professionaliseren. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als IT-Coördinator: - Behandelen en oplossen van helpdeskverzoeken en IT-incidenten - Inrichten en beheren van laptops, pc's, werkplekken en randapparatuur - Beheren van gebruikersaccounts, autorisaties en onboarding en offboarding - Beheren van servers, netwerken, back-ups, updates en patches - Monitoren van beveiligingsmeldingen en beschermen van systemen en data - Vastleggen en verbeteren van technische documentatie en procedures - Adviseren over hardware, software, infrastructuur en IT-security - Samenwerken met leveranciers en het Europese IT-team De opdrachtgever BouMatic Robotics in Emmeloord ontwikkelt en produceert moderne melkrobots die wereldwijd worden ingezet. De organisatie maakt deel uit van de internationale BouMatic Group met meer dan 600 medewerkers. Ontwikkeling, productie en ondersteuning vinden grotendeels in eigen huis plaats. Daardoor werk je als IT-Coördinator dicht op de techniek binnen een internationale organisatie waar innovatie, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan.
