Als IT Coördinator ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de interne IT-werking en zorg je ervoor dat infrastructuur, processen en projecten optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Je combineert technische expertise met projectcoördinatie en IT-governance.

• Coördineren en opvolgen van het IT-beleid, processen en procedures binnen de organisatie

• Bieden van first line support en ondersteunen van medewerkers bij uiteenlopende IT-vraagstukken

• Coördineren en opvolgen van IT-projecten van analyse tot implementatie

• Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor interne gebruikers, externe IT-partners en leveranciers

• Mee opvolgen en optimaliseren van netwerkcomponenten en de algemene IT-infrastructuur

• Optreden als sparringpartner voor de externe IT-partner en toezien op een kwalitatieve dienstverlening

• Ondersteunen van de organisatie bij de implementatie en opvolging van NIS2-richtlijnen en cybersecurity-initiatieven

• Technisch opvolgen en verder uitbouwen van het datalakehouse en dataplatform

• Opmaken, beheren en opvolgen van het jaarlijkse IT-budget

• Begeleiden van IT-aankopen en waken over een correcte toepassing van de wetgeving rond overheidsopdrachten

• Signaleren van optimalisaties en actief bijdragen aan de verdere digitalisering van de organisatie • Bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen een IT-gerelateerde richting

• Ervaring met IT-infrastructuur, Microsoft-omgevingen, netwerken en IT-support

• Affiniteit met IT-governance, cybersecurity en NIS2

• Projectmatige aanpak en het vermogen om meerdere dossiers gelijktijdig op te volgen

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels

• Analytisch ingesteld, met een pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte mindset

• Zelfstandig, georganiseerd en nauwkeurig in de opvolging van projecten, processen en budgetten

• Interesse in digitalisering en continue verbetering van de IT-omgeving
