Oyfo IT-coördinator (tijdelijk) 16-24 uur per week Breng jij overzicht in een veelzijdige IT-omgeving en weet je knelpunten te vertalen naar praktische verbeteringen? Wil jij met jouw IT-kennis bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Oyfo en krijg je energie van het bouwen aan een toekomstbestendige IT-organisatie? Dan leren we je graag kennen! Oyfo is de creatieve motor van Hengelo en daarbuiten. We zijn een unieke culturele organisatie waar kunst, techniek en verbeeldingskracht samenkomen. Oyfo bestaat uit het Techniekmuseum en de Kunstenschool en is vooral een ontmoetingsplek waar iedereen welkom is om te maken, te leren en te delen. We verbinden verleden, heden en toekomst met activiteiten en programma's rond erfgoed, innovatie en een breed palet aan kunstvormen zoals muziek, dans, theater en beeldende kunst. We werken samen met partners in en buiten de regio en delen actief onze kennis en expertise. De uitdaging De afgelopen jaren heeft Oyfo verschillende stappen gezet in de digitalisering. Naast afgeronde IT-projecten werken we momenteel aan verschillende nieuwe projecten. De komende periode willen we hierin een volgende stap zetten en onze IT-omgeving verder professionaliseren. Daarom zoeken we tijdelijk een ervaren IT-coördinator die onze IT-omgeving inventariseert, verbeterpunten uitwerkt en de uitvoering van afgesproken verbeteringen ondersteunt. Dit ga je doen Je brengt onze huidige IT-omgeving in kaart, maakt risico's en afhankelijkheden inzichtelijk en werkt binnen de uitgangspunten van Oyfo een concreet en gefaseerd verbeterplan uit. Daarbij breng je de samenhang tussen dagelijkse IT-processen en lopende of geplande digitaliserings- en IT-projecten in beeld. Je signaleert knelpunten en doet voorstellen voor verbetering.
