(1 FTE, Emmeloord) Voor onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een IT-Coördinator die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het beheer, de beveiliging en de verdere optimalisatie van onze IT-omgeving. In deze functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-gerelateerde vraagstukken en werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen het Europese IT-team. Je combineert operationele ondersteuning met technisch beheer en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en vernieuwingen. Wat ga je doen? Als IT-Coördinator zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers kunnen vertrouwen op een veilige, stabiele en goed ondersteunde IT-omgeving. Je beheert de dagelijkse IT-processen en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere professionalisering van de IT-organisatie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Behandelen en opvolgen van helpdeskverzoeken en IT-incidenten. - Inrichten, beheren en vervangen van werkplekken, laptops, pc's en randapparatuur. - Ondersteunen en adviseren van gebruikers bij IT-gerelateerde vragen. - Beheren van gebruikersaccounts, autorisaties en onboarding- en offboardingprocessen. - Beheren van servers, netwerken, opslagomgevingen en back-upprocessen. - Uitvoeren van updates, patches en overige beheerwerkzaamheden binnen de IT-omgeving. - Monitoren van beveiligingsmeldingen en nemen van passende maatregelen om systemen en data te beschermen. - Opstellen en onderhouden van technische documentatie, procedures en werkinstructies. - Signaleren van verbeterkansen en adviseren over hardware, software, infrastructuur en IT-beveiliging. - Samenwerken met externe leveranciers en collega's binnen het Europese IT-team.
