Onsite Support Engineer

Als Onsite Support Engineer bied je tweedelijns IT-ondersteuning aan medewerkers, beheer je werkplekken en draag je actief bij aan een stabiele en efficiënte IT-omgeving.

De focus van deze rol ligt op het ondersteunen, beheren en optimaliseren van Windows-werkplekken binnen een enterprise omgeving. Daarnaast ondersteun je een beperkt aantal macOS-gebruikers, waaronder enkele management- en C-level profielen.

Windows Support & Endpoint Management

* Ervaring met het ondersteunen van Windows-toestellen in een professionele/enterprise omgeving.

* Goede kennis van Windows 10 en Windows 11.

* Ervaring met troubleshooting van hardware-, software- en performanceproblemen.

* Ervaring met Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.

* Kennis van device lifecycle management, waaronder enrollment en configuratie.

* Ervaring met Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Group Policies en Identity & Access Management.

* Kennis van Windows-authenticatie en toegangsbeheer binnen een bedrijfsomgeving.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Gebruikerssupport

* Bieden van L2 IT-support via telefoon, e-mail en persoonlijk contact.

* Oplossen van hardware-, software- en netwerkproblemen.

* Ondersteunen van Microsoft 365-toepassingen.

* Ondersteunen van macOS-gebruikers waar nodig.

* Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van laptops, desktops, printers en randapparatuur.

* Adviseren en begeleiden van gebruikers bij IT-gerelateerde vragen.

Werkplekbeheer

* Installeren, herinstalleren en imageneren van Windows-laptops en desktops via Microsoft Intune.

* Ondersteunen en beheren van MacBooks en macOS-toestellen waar nodig.

* Beheren van gebruikersaccounts, groepen en toegangsrechten.

* Ondersteunen van vergaderruimtes en Logitech Meeting Room-oplossingen.

* Troubleshooting van audio-, video- en conferentieapparatuur.

Documentatie & verbetering

* Registreren en documenteren van incidenten en oplossingen in het ticketingsysteem.

* Opstellen van gebruikersdocumentatie en handleidingen.
