The posting

Als Support Engineer ben jij de schakel tussen eindgebruikers en de technische infrastructuur van onze klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat IT-omgevingen stabiel, veilig en gebruiksvriendelijk blijven. Of het nu gaat om incidentmanagement, gebruikersbeheer of het doorvoeren van verbeteringen — jij weet precies hoe je zaken efficiënt oplost.

In jouw consultancy-rol werk je bij één van onze klanten, vaak voor een langere periode. Zo bouw je mee aan hun IT-omgeving en leer je de organisatie goed kennen. Tegelijkertijd houd je de afwisseling en groeikansen van consultancy — nieuwe klanten, nieuwe omgevingen, nieuwe uitdagingen.

Vaardigheden:

Grondige kennis van MS Windows & MS Office en begrip van ITIL richtlijnen

Kennis van Linux, onder andere troubleshooting (logfiles, systeemcommando’s) en uitvoeren van basisscripts

Kennis van IT -systemen, IT -componenten, Systeemintegratie, Netwerk en Service Desk Tooling

Kennis van monitoring systemen

Ervaring in Log data Management

Ervaring in het opvolgen en coördineren van incidenten wanneer de incident coördinator niet aanwezig is

Competenties:

• Analytisch en probleemoplossend ingesteld

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en sociaal vaardig

• Communicatie met externe partijen in zowel Nederlands als Engels

• Proactief en zelfstandig kunnen werken alsook in teamverband

• Deelt kennis met collega’s

• Schrijven en updaten van documentatie (zowel Nederlands als Engels)

• Accuraat, nauwgezet en procedureel kunnen werken.

• Flexibel en kunnen werken onder druk

• Kwaliteit-, klant- en servicegericht

• Improvement driven

• Kan werken in een veranderlijke omgeving

• Gemotiveerd, gedreven en interesse om bij te leren op het vlak van ICT en de organisatie.
