The posting

Voor een klant zijn we op zoek naar een Infrastructure Systems Engineer die verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer en de ondersteuning van diverse IT-infrastructuren en systemen. Je werkt mee aan de verdere uitbouw van de IT-infrastructuur van een nieuwe productieomgeving en zorgt mee voor stabiele, veilige en conforme IT-operaties.

Je werkt nauw samen met lokale en internationale IT-teams, enterprise architects, leveranciers en andere stakeholders.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Technische en operationele ondersteuning van Server-, Citrix-, AVD- en Thin Client-omgevingen.
  • Onderzoeken en implementeren van nieuwe technologieën zoals Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) en integratie met Citrix VDI.
  • Ontwerpen en voorstellen van technische oplossingen volgens de geldende IT-standaarden en richtlijnen.
  • Beheer en troubleshooting van onder andere:
  • Dell Wyse Thin Clients en WMS
  • Citrix LTSR 22.03
  • Azure Cloud & AVD
  • Windows Server 2016–2025
  • Active Directory, GPO, DNS en DHCP
  • SQL en Oracle databases
  • VMware vSphere, Dell VxRail en vSAN
  • NetApp en Commvault
  • Securityoplossingen
  • Uitvoeren van IT-infrastructuurprojecten binnen de productieomgeving, waaronder MES en DeltaV.
  • Instaan voor de aankoop, implementatie en lifecycle van hardware en infrastructuurcomponenten.
  • Eigenaarschap opnemen over infrastructuurprocessen en zorgen voor correcte documentatie, opvolging en verbetering.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van SOP's, technische documentatie, designs, handleidingen en werkinstructies.
  • Bijdragen aan IT-governance, procescontrole en auditbaarheid.
  • Bieden van 1e tot 3e lijn support via ServiceNow en oplossen van incidenten op hardware- en OS-niveau.
  • Ondersteunen van validatieactiviteiten en toezien op naleving van GMP.
  • Fungeren als lokaal aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers, Corporate IT en internationale supportteams.

Jouw profiel

Technisch:

  • Je hebt hands-on ervaring met servers, VMware, Citrix, VxRail, vSAN, cloud en SAN-/backupoplossingen.
  • Goede kennis van Windows 11 en Windows Server 2016–2025.
  • Sterke kennis van netwerken, TCP/IP, antivirus, remote administration en IT-infrastructuur.
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van technische specificaties en gestructureerde procesdocumentatie.
  • Kennis van validatiemethodologie is een plus.
  • Kennis van GMP, GAMP5 en CFR 21 Part 11 is een plus.
  • Een MCSE-certificering is een troef.

Persoonlijk:

  • Hands-on en oplossingsgericht.
  • Zelfstandig en neemt ownership over zijn/haar verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Sterk georganiseerd en nauwkeurig in documentatie.
  • Flexibel en servicegericht.
  • Communicatief sterk in Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een plus.
  • Teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt met zowel lokale als internationale teams.

Als consultant word je uitgestuurd op opdrachten bij klanten over heel Vlaanderen. We kijken wel naar klanten in jouw regio. Onze consultancy opdrachten zijn voor langere termijn, bij één vaste klant.
