Wat ga je doen als IT Contractmanager Als IT Contractmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige contract- en leveranciersmanagement van IT-diensten, software, cloudoplossingen en technologiepartners. Je zorgt ervoor dat contracten optimaal aansluiten bij de behoeften van de organisatie, commerciële en operationele risico's beheersbaar blijven en duurzame samenwerkingen worden opgebouwd. Met jouw kennis van de IT-markt, leverancierslandschap en contractonderhandelingen verbind je IT, Inkoop, Finance, Security, Legal, Compliancy en de business. Daarmee realiseer je maximale waarde uit bestaande en nieuwe IT-investeringen en voorkom je dat kansen, risico's en belangen onvoldoende op elkaar worden afgestemd. Concreet ga jij aan de slag met: - Het beheren van het volledige contractportfolio voor software, cloudoplossingen, infrastructuur en IT-dienstverleners; - Het bewaken van contractuele afspraken, licentievoorwaarden, looptijden en verlengingen, waarbij je risico's en kansen tijdig signaleert; - Het waarborgen van de naleving van juridische, privacy-, security- en compliance-eisen, waaronder ISO27001, DORA en NIS2; - Het inventariseren van behoeften vanuit IT en de business en het adviseren over sourcingstrategieën en marktontwikkelingen; - Het begeleiden van RFI-, RFQ- en RFP-trajecten en het selecteren van leveranciers op basis van functionele, technische, commerciële en strategische criteria; - Het leiden van contractuele en commerciële onderhandelingen en het realiseren van optimale afspraken over prijs, servicelevels, flexibiliteit, innovatie en risicoverdeling; - Het opstellen van bu...
