De groep groeit gestaag en investeert gericht in innovatie, procesverbetering en digitalisering. De functie Voor Schoonderwolf Groep zoeken wij een IT-directeur die richting geeft aan de volgende fase van digitale ontwikkeling. Een leider die een sterk IT-team verder professionaliseert, rust en structuur brengt en IT positioneert als volwaardige businesspartner. De opdracht is breed en impactvol: van organisatieontwikkeling en stakeholdermanagement tot digitalisering, data, AI en technologie. De IT-directeur bouwt aan een toekomstbestendige IT-organisatie die actief bijdraagt aan de groei, slagkracht en concurrentiepositie van de groep. De uitdaging zit niet alleen in technologie, maar vooral in het verbinden van 23 ondernemingen met uiteenlopende behoeften, verwachtingen en niveaus van digitale volwassenheid.
