Hoogtechnologische ICT-systemen zorgen voor meer efficiëntie in de belangrijke sociale verantwoordelijkheidsdomeinen van onze klanten zoals werk, gezin en gezondheid. Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jazeker, en uitdagend ook.

Jobomschrijving

Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team waarin verschillende expertises samenkomen om een optimaal beheer van het IT-domein te verzekeren. Als IT Domain Team Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkelingsteams binnen jouw domein (4 ontwikkelingsteams - totaal 25 personen). Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de IT-directeur van het ontwikkelingsdepartement.

Als tactisch organisator vertaal je de strategische doelstellingen van het departement naar een duidelijk en werkbaar kader voor je teams. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze visie wordt gedragen en omgezet in concrete acties en resultaten.

Je coördineert de werking en projecten van je teams en bewaakt kwaliteit, voortgang en prioriteiten. Met een helikopterview stem je af met stakeholders en stuur je tijdig bij voor een efficiënte en betrouwbare uitvoering.

In je rol als manager en coach ondersteun je je medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werking en ontwikkeling. Je zorgt voor een stimulerende werkomgeving waarin autonomie, samenwerking, feedback en talentontwikkeling centraal staan zodat teams optimaal kunnen presteren.

Als coach ondersteun je medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en creëer je een veilige, inclusieve werkomgeving met ruimte voor feedback, autonomie en groei. Je stimuleert talentontwikkeling, een sterke teamdynamiek en gaat proactief om met spanningen.

Daarnaast treed je op als kennismanager met inzicht in de functionele, architecturale en technologische context van het ICT-domein. Je volgt evoluties op, bevordert kennisdeling en maakt expertise breed toegankelijk.

Tot slot bouw en onderhoud je sterke relaties met interne en externe stakeholders en sla je bruggen tussen ICT, business, teams en partners om maximale businesswaarde te realiseren.

- Je hebt een masterdiploma behaald, bij voorkeur in IT, of je kan een equivalente ervaring aantonen door relevante ervaringen in het beheer en de opvolging van één of meerdere ontwikkelingsteams. - Je hebt ervaring in het organisatorisch aansturen van technische teams en toont leiderschap. Ook heb je ervaring in projectbeheer. - Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement. - Je bent analytisch en innovatief, trekt verbanden tussen gegevens en werkt creatieve, onderbouwde oplossingen uit. Je begeleidt en motiveert medewerkers, bevordert teamspirit en onderhoudt constructieve relaties met klanten en stakeholders. Je handelt integer, neemt verantwoordelijkheid, plant je eigen ontwikkeling en zet daadkrachtig resultaten om in actie. - Je hebt kennis van Agile, Scrum en Prince2. - Een pluspunt is je technische background in Java, JEE, OpenShift, SOA-webservices. - Je drukt je vlot uit in het Frans en Engels.
