Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers, signaleert storingen aan de externe netwerkbeheerder en zorgt dat meldingen snel en goed worden opgevolgd. Dankzij jouw werk kunnen collega's altijd rekenen op een werkende werkplek en een stabiel netwerk. IT Employee, wat ga je doen? Als IT Employee ben jij de schakel tussen gebruikers, leveranciers en de IT-organisatie. Je combineert gebruikersondersteuning met werkplek- en netwerkbeheer, en zorgt dat storingen snel worden herkend, gemeld en opgelost. Solliciteer direct Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je rapporteert aan de Manager IT en hebt veel contact met IT-leveranciers en eindgebruikers.Gebruikers Support - Ontvangt meldingen vanuit gebruikers en maakt tickets aan. - Beoordeelt meldingen en lost deze zo nodig direct op binnen gestelde richtlijnen, of zet door naar de Applicatiebeheerder of externe partij. - Handelt meldingen af en sluit tickets in het systeem. - Monitort de voortgang en afhandeling van tickets die bij een externe partij zijn belegd. - Beheert de stamgegevens in het ticketsysteem. - Monitort het netwerk en meldt storingen bij de externe netwerkleverancier. - Controleert back-ups en dataruimtes (hardware, toegang, airco) en schakelt met leveranciers bij storingen. Werkplekbeheer - Installeert, configureert en test IT-apparatuur voor eindgebruikers. - Levert gebruiksklaar IT-apparatuur uit aan eindgebruikers. - Beoordeelt werkplekstoringen en lost deze op binnen gestelde richtlijnen. Voorraadbeheer - Bepaalt in overleg de minimum- en maximumvoorraad van IT-apparatuur binnen afgesproken kaders. - Registreert de voorraadhoogte en bestelt artikelen bij overschrijding van de minimumvoorraad. - Verzorgt en registreert de uitgifte van verbruiksartikelen.
