Als IT Engineer werk je aan technische vraagstukken die verder gaan dan standaard support. Je lost complexe meldingen op, begeleidt migraties en denkt mee over veilige en stabiele cloudoplossingen. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid, werkt samen met ervaren servicedesk collega's en schakelt regelmatig met klanten op afstand of locatie. Ideaal voor een Engineer die graag verantwoordelijkheid pakt en energie krijgt van techniek, afwisseling en kwaliteit. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Oplossen van technische vragen en storingsmeldingen binnen Microsoft Cloud omgevingen; - Uitvoeren van patchmanagement, ook buiten reguliere werktijden; - Begeleiden van migraties en oplossen van complexe break fix situaties; - Samenwerken met servicedesk collega's aan Azure, Intune en Office 365 vraagstukken; - Uitvoeren van projecten vanaf kantoor en bij klanten op locatie; - Meedraaien in de 24x7 storingsdienst. Gebruikte tools & technieken Azure, Intune, Office 365, Microsoft Cloud, hybrid oplossingen, networking, security, concept of least privilege, patchmanagement. Opleidingsmogelijkheden Binnen deze organisatie is er voldoende ruimte voor opleidingsmogelijkheden mits je zelf initiatief neemt om dit te doen.
