Als IT Engineer speel jij een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van onze innovatieve betaal- en besteloplossingen. Jij bent dé specialist als het gaat om operating systems zoals Windows en Android. Vanuit jouw expertise ontwerp je de systeemarchitectuur, adviseer je over componentkeuzes en vertaal je applicatievereisten naar de juiste hardware-eisen. Zo zorg je ervoor dat klantapplicaties probleemloos draaien op onze producten. Daarnaast voer je testwerkzaamhede n uit en ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner bij het oplossen van IT-vraagstukken via 2e en 3e lijns support. Samen met collega's van R&D, Electrical Engineering en Product Management werk je dagelijks aan het verder verbeteren van onze betaalsystemen en zorg je ervoor dat deze optimaal presteren. Wat ga je doen? - Selecteren van Hardware- en softwarecomponenten voor de IT-architectuur van onze producten en klantprojecten. - Softwareapplicatie eisen vertalen naar technische specificaties. - Technische documentatie en installatie-instructies opstellen en controleren. - Adviseren over besturingssysteem keuzes (OS) - Software, drivers en Windows/Android images installeren - 2e en 3e-lijns support verlenen bij IT problemen en storingen, bijvoorbeeld storingen in randapparatuur. - Test- en demo opstellingen bouwen voor o.a. ontwikkeling en beurzen. - Interne samenwerking en afstemming bij gecombineerde mechanische en E & IT vraagstukken. - Ondersteunen bij trainingen en kennisoverdracht naar sales, service en klanten. / Wie ben jij?
