Doka ¿ ein i... 1 IT Enterprise Architect (m/w/d) Als IT Enterprise Architect (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine eine zentrale Rolle als Stabsstelle des CIO. Sie stellen sicher, dass die voranschreitende Digitalisierung auf einer zukunftsfähigen, integrierten Enterprise Architektur aufbaut und im Einklang mit IT Governance sowie IT Service Management erfolgt.

Enterprise Architecture wird in der Umdasch Group neu etabliert - und Sie gestalten diese strategisch technische Funktion in der IT-Organisation entscheidend mit: Sie übernehmen das EA-Thema inhaltlich, bauen es strukturell und organisatorisch auf und verankern es nachhaltig in den Governance- und Entscheidungsprozessen der Unternehmensgruppe.

Ihr Fokus liegt auf dem Management des IT-Bebauungsplans, der Harmonisierung unserer Applikations- und Systemlandschaft sowie der Definition eines Architektur-Blueprints, der Orientierung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft schaffen soll. Sie leiten das übergreifende Enterprise Architecture Board (EAB) und agieren als Bindeglied zwischen CIO, CDO und den Business Process Ownern.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Aktive Mitgestaltung der neuen strategisch-technischen Enterprise-Architecture-Funktion sowie der damit verbundenen Aufgaben und Erfolgskriterien * Verantwortlich für die holistische Zielarchitektur über alle Domänen hinweg (Business, Daten, Anwendungen, Technologie) * Leitung des Enterprise Architecture Boards (EAB) und damit enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Digital-Bereich zur Abstimmung der gemeinsamen IT- & Digital- Gesamtarchitektur * Definition und Governance von Architekturprinzipien, IT-Standards und Regeln * Analyse neuer Technologien und Erstellung von strategischen Entscheidungsgrundlagen für CIO und Management * Unterstützung großer Transformationsprogramme als einflussreicher Entscheidungspartner, nicht als Projektleiter * Identifikation, Initiierung und Begleitung von strategischen Modernisierungs- und Konsolidierungsprojekten * Etablierung und Pflege von Architektur-Blueprints sowie eines konsistenten Architektur-Glossars inkl. Modellierungsnotation

Qualifikationen * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (FH/Uni) in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang * Mindestens 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld * Idealerweise bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Enterprise Architecture komplexer Systemlandschaften * Sehr breites technologisches Verständnis (Cloud, Integrationsarchitekturen, Application Portfolio Management, Datenarchitekturen) * Fundierte Kenntnisse von EA-Frameworks (z. B. TOGAF, ArchiMate) * Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte in strategische Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen * Souveränes Auftreten und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen * Analytisch, strukturiert, umsetzungsstark und proaktiv in der Identifikation von Veränderungspotenzialen * Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch

Für diese Position wird ein marktkonformes Gehalt geboten, welches sich an der konkreten Qualifikation und der adäquaten Berufserfahrung orientiert.

Wir sind dennoch gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet ein Mindestgehalt anzugeben. Das jährliche Bruttomindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag (holzverarbeitende Industrie) 51.794,68 EUR auf Vollzeitbasis. Ihre Ansprechperson für diese Stelle ist Evelyn Kukla, HR Business Partner.
