Du bist verantwortlich für: * Server-Umgebungen * Virtualisierung * Storage * Backup * Netzwerkgrundlagen * Security-Elemente * Hybrid-Services (Azure / M365)

Typische Projekte: * Einrichtung & Betrieb von Hyper-V-Clustern * Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / GPO-Management * Aufbau von File-Server- und Storage-Umgebungen (NetApp etc.) * Veeam Backup & Recovery Konzepte * On-Prem ¿ Cloud Migrationsprojekte * Hardening und Security-Optimierungen * Automatisierung und Standardisierung von Infrastruktur * Monitoring, Logging und Incident-Analyse

Deine Aufgaben

Betrieb & Betreuung * Betrieb von Server- und Storage-Systemen * Windows Server / Active Directory Administration * Verwaltung von Virtualisierungsumgebungen (Hyper-V) * Überwachung von Systemen & Services (Monitoring, PRTG etc.)

Projekte & Architektur * Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten * Hardening & Sicherheitsmaßnahmen * Erstellung & Weiterentwicklung von Standards und SOPs * Mitarbeit an Hybrid-Architekturen (Azure, AAD, M365)

Support & Troubleshooting * Bearbeitung komplexer Tickets (2nd Level / 3rd Level) * Fehleranalyse & Ursachenforschung * Performance-Optimierung von Systemen

Dokumentation & Qualität * Dokumentation in Notion, Jira, Confluence * Erstellung technischer Konzepte & Projektunterlagen * Enge Abstimmung mit Cloud, Network & Security Teams
