Unser Team in Wien freut sich über Verstärkung durch 1 IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager_in (m/w/x) Unser IT-Team gestaltet die Digitalisierung in unserem Unternehmen, sorgt für eine moderne Infrastruktur und entwickelt eigene Softwareapplikationen.

Vollzeitstelle, 38,5 Std.

Dein Job:

* Eigenständige Bearbeitung von IT-Risiko-, Compliance- und Governance-Themen, inkl. Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Richtlinien und Kontrollen

* Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachverfolgung von Audits sowie Steuerung von Audit- und Regulatorik-Themen

* Monitoring und Bewertung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. DORA, BAIT, EBA-Guidelines)

* Erstellung von Management-Reports Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungs- und Awareness-Maßnahmen für die IT

* Mitwirkung im Drittparteien- und Outsourcing-Management

Was du mitbringst:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK/HTL) oder Studium (IT, Wirtschaft)

* Mind. 3-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen im stark regulierten Umfeld

* Fundierte Expertise in IT-Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Frameworks (COBIT, ITIL) und Standards (ISO 27001)

* Erfahrung im IT-Risikomanagement und mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. Finanzsektor)

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Audits

* Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere SEE-Sprache vorteilhaft
