Als IT-Helpdesk Mitarbeiter:in sind Sie für das Troubleshooting bei technischen Problemen unserer Mitarbeiter:innen zuständig.

* als erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen bei allen IT-Angelegenheiten

* an der Verwaltung von Anfragen und Störungen in unserem Ticketsystem und telefonisch

* an der Organisation aller offenen Tickets bis hin zur Lösung

* an der Lösung von Problemen durch Einbeziehen des 2nd-Level-Supports

* an der Dokumentation im Ticketsystem sowie in der IT-Servicedokumentation

* an der aktiven Weiterentwicklung für eine bessere Erstlösungsquote

* an der Installation und Ausgabe von PC`s, Laptops und Mobile Devices

* Ihre abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt (Lehre, HTL, FH)

* Ihre Berufserfahrung in der IT

* Ihre Basiskenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerk, MS Windows, MS Office und Active Directory

* Ihre Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf C1 Niveau

* Ihre ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit

* Ihre hohe Lösungsorientierung

* Ihre strukturierte, gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
