De functie inhoud Wat zal je doen als IT infrastructuurbeheerder?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren en onderhouden van de operationele status van IT-systemen en netwerken om optimale prestaties te waarborgen.
  • Biedt ondersteuning aan gebruikers via telefoon, e-mail of chat, en helpt bij het oplossen van technische problemen.
  • Beheert incidenten door ze te registreren, te classificeren en op te volgen, en werkt samen met andere teams voor snelle oplossing.
  • Voert analyses uit bij terugkerende incidenten en doet voorstellen om onderliggende problemen op te lossen.
  • Installeert en configureert softwareapplicaties, en zorgt voor regelmatige updates en beveiligingspatches.
  • Draagt bij aan het documenteren van systemen, procedures en incidenten, en ondersteunt bij het onderhouden van een interne kennisbank.

  • In het bezit van een bachelor in toegepaste informatica of gelijkwaardig door een diploma in informaticabeheer, met 5 jaar ervaring in technische IT-ondersteuning in een grote organisatie.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands of Frans, met voldoende Engels voor technische gesprekken en het lezen en schrijven van interne documentatie.
  • Een teamspeler met een positieve houding, empathisch vermogen en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief met diverse interne betrokkenen samen te werken.
  • Sterke interesse in automatisatie en digitalisatie van processen.
