IT Lizenzmanager (m/w/d) - Kulmbach - unbefristet - Vollzeit, Teilzeit Ihre Aufgaben - Steuerung des gesamten Software-Lizenz-Lifecycles im Lizenzmanagementteam, einschließlich Pflege des Lizenzinventars sowie der Lizenz- und Rahmenverträge - Sicherstellung der Lizenz-Compliance durch regelmäßige Abgleiche von Softwareeinsatz und Lizenzbestand sowie Erstellung von Lizenzbilanzen - Analyse von Lizenznutzung, Kosten und Einsparpotenzialen sowie Erstellung von Berichten - Verwaltung und Optimierung von Lizenzmodellen, insbesondere im Microsoft-Umfeld, einschließlich Volumenlizenzverträgen, Begleitung von True-Up-Prozessen und Software-Audits - Weiterentwicklung der SAM-Prozesse - Beratung und Unterstützung von IT und Fachbereichen bei Lizenzierungsfragen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Softwarepartnern Ihr Profil - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich - Gute IT-Fachkenntnisse, insbesondere in den Bereichen Softwareinstallation und -inventarisierung, IT-Systeme und Netzwerke - Idealerweise Erfahrung im Software Asset Management, mit Softwareverträgen und Lizenzmodellen - Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Lizenzumfeld sind von Vorteil - Sprachkenntnisse nach CEF: Deutsch (C1), Englisch (B2) - Kaufmännisches Verständnis, insbesondere für Beschaffung, Vertragsmanagement und Kostenbetrachtung - Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie eine eigenverantwortliche und proaktive Arbeitsweise - Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Serviceorientierung Unser Angebot - Umfangreiche Einarbeitung - Flexible Arbeitszeiten - Weihnachts- und Urlaubsgeld - Regelmäßige Teamveranstaltungen - Betriebliche Altervorsorge
