Wat ga je doen?

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een IT-team van 3 medewerkers.
  • Instaan voor planning, taakverdeling en opvolging binnen het team.
  • Zelf actief meewerken aan IT-vraagstukken rond hardware, software en support.
  • Meedenken over de verdere digitalisering en IT-strategie van de organisatie.
  • Onderzoeken en voorbereiden van beslissingen rond o.a. AI, leveranciers en IT-investeringen.
  • Nieuwe softwareontwikkelingen en systemen implementeren en de nodige opleidingen geven aan medewerkers.
  • Rechtstreeks samenwerken met het management en fungeren als IT-aanspreekpunt.
  • Flexibel bijspringen wanneer de operationele nood hoog is.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een stabiele en groeiende retailorganisatie met ongeveer 200 medewerkers, verspreid over drie bedrijven. IT speelt er een belangrijke rol en veel software wordt inhouse ontwikkeld. Je werkt in een familiale omgeving met korte communicatielijnen, veel overleg en een rustige bedrijfscultuur. Door de verdere groei van de organisatie krijg je bovendien de kans om je rol en verantwoordelijkheid mee uit te bouwen.

  • Je hebt minstens een 5-tal jaar ervaring binnen IT, dit kan in een rol als IT manager of je hebt interesse om een leidinggevende/coördinerende rol op te nemen.
  • Technisch sterk en bij voorkeur kennis van zowel hardware als software.
  • Hands-on ingesteld: je stuurt niet alleen aan, maar werkt zelf mee.
  • Sterk in communicatie, coaching en het motiveren van medewerkers.
  • Je kan technische zaken helder uitleggen aan niet-technische gebruikers.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen operationele problemen en strategische IT-vraagstukken.
  • Kennis van Java, Spring of Spring Boot is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
