Onze klant behoort tot de wereldtop in de productie van diepgevroren aardappelproducten voor private labels. Achter de geautomatiseerde productieomgeving schuilt een sterk internationaal IT-netwerk dat zorgt voor betrouwbare en veilige technologische oplossingen. Om deze omgeving verder te versterken, zoeken we een IT-professional met een passie voor infrastructuur én industriële technologie.

Je werkt op het snijvlak van IT en productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat systemen, netwerken en applicaties optimaal functioneren en helpt mee om de brug te slaan tussen Operational Technology (OT) en Information Technology (IT).

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse ondersteuning van IT-infrastructuur binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Je beheert en ondersteunt netwerken, servers, werkstations, applicaties, camerabewaking, telefonie en securitysystemen.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en coördineert complexe incidenten.
  • Je signaleert mogelijke risico's en escaleert wanneer nodig.
  • Je werkt samen met internationale IT-teams en vertegenwoordigt het globale IT-team op de lokale productiesite.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe leveranciers voor onderhoud en technische ondersteuning.
  • Je waakt over IT-standaarden, documentatie en de continuïteit van de operationele systemen.
  • Je ondersteunt de verdere integratie van IT en OT binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Je beheert verschillende prioriteiten en zoekt oplossingen die aansluiten bij zowel de bedrijfsstandaarden als de lokale noden.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met IT-infrastructuur, systemen en applicatiebeheer.
  • Je hebt inzicht in de samenwerking tussen Operational Technology (OT) en Information Technology (IT).
  • Je hebt ervaring met troubleshooting binnen operationele of industriële omgevingen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Je hebt ervaring met incident management, escalatiebeheer en _oot cause analysis.
  • Je werkt analytisch, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
  • Ervaring binnen een productie-, voedings- of andere industriële omgeving is een sterke troef.
