Bij deze moderne onderneming zetten we volop in op een gestructureerde digitale werkplek.

Als IT-Medewerker – Digitale Werkplek speel je een belangrijke rol in het uitbouwen, beheren en optimaliseren van onze Microsoft 365-omgeving. Je zorgt mee voor een overzichtelijke structuur, ondersteunt collega's bij het gebruik van de digitale tools en denkt actief mee na over hoe we onze processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen organiseren.

Samen met je collega's bouw je aan een duidelijke en gebruiksvriendelijke structuur binnen Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams en OneDrive), zodat documenten centraal, logisch en veilig worden beheerd. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling en het beheer van ons intranet. Je ondersteunt de implementatie en het gebruik van Microsoft Copilot en andere AI-toepassingen binnen Microsoft 365. Als aanspreekpunt voor Microsoft 365 help je medewerkers bij vragen en eerstelijnsondersteuning. Daarnaast werk je richtlijnen uit rond documentbeheer. Eenvoudige, repetitieve processen automatiseer je met Power Automate en je verkent bijkomende mogelijkheden binnen het Microsoft Power Platform. Je ondersteunt de algemene IT-werking, waaronder het onboarden en offboarden van medewerkers (gebruikersaccounts, toegangen, toestellen en basisconfiguraties). Je ondersteunt de migratie van documenten en gegevens naar de Microsoft 365-omgeving en draagt bij aan de verdere optimalisatie van onze digitale werkplek en interne processen.

Een sterke basiskennis van IT-support is vereist, of motivatie om zich hierin verder te ontwikkelen. Goede kennis van Microsoft 365, met focus op Teams, SharePoint en OneDrive, is noodzakelijk. Ervaring met documentbeheer, datamigraties of het opzetten van een digitale werkplek, aangevuld met interesse in of ervaring met het Microsoft Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot en SharePoint), wordt verwacht. Kennis van Power BI en/of Microsoft Azure is een extra troef. Een gestructureerde werkwijze, oog voor overzicht en efficiëntie, en discretie in het omgaan met gegevens zijn essentieel. Hands-on mentaliteit, initiatief en zelfstandig werken zijn vereist. Daarnaast wordt het helpen van collega's gewaardeerd.
