The posting

  • Je bouwt samen met je collega's een logische en overzichtelijke structuur uit binnen SharePoint, Teams en OneDrive.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat documenten centraal, veilig en gemakkelijk terug te vinden zijn.
  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling en het dagelijkse beheer van het intranet.
  • Je begeleidt medewerkers bij het gebruik van Microsoft 365 en biedt eerstelijnsondersteuning bij vragen of problemen.
  • Je helpt duidelijke afspraken en richtlijnen opstellen rond documentbeheer, toegangsrechten en digitale samenwerking.
  • Je ondersteunt de invoering van Microsoft Copilot en verkent hoe AI-toepassingen collega's slimmer en efficiënter kunnen laten werken.
  • Je automatiseert eenvoudige, terugkerende processen met Power Automate en onderzoekt bijkomende mogelijkheden binnen het Power Platform.
  • Je ondersteunt het onboarden en offboarden van medewerkers, waaronder het instellen van accounts, toegangen, toestellen en basisconfiguraties.
  • Je begeleidt de migratie van documenten en gegevens naar Microsoft 365 en denkt actief mee over verdere verbeteringen van de digitale werkplek.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van IT-support of bent sterk gemotiveerd om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft 365, in het bijzonder Teams, SharePoint en OneDrive.
  • Ervaring met documentbeheer, gegevensmigraties of het opzetten van een digitale werkomgeving is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je hebt interesse in of ervaring met Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot en SharePoint.
  • Kennis van Power BI of Microsoft Azure is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en weet overzicht te bewaren in informatie, bestanden en processen.
  • Je gaat zorgvuldig en discreet om met bedrijfsgegevens en gebruikersrechten.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en haalt voldoening uit het helpen van collega's.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe technologie en zoekt graag naar praktische oplossingen die het dagelijkse werk eenvoudiger maken.
