Vorm jij graag de brug tussen de werkvloer en het Support Center? Heb je een passie voor winkelprocessen én een sterke interesse in IT-systemen? Dan ben jij de collega die we zoeken voor een gekende speler op gebied van doe-het-zelf met vestiging in Wommelgem.

Als Medewerker Winkelsystemen & Helpdesk zorg je ervoor dat de winkels vlot kunnen werken met de systemen en procedures die de dagelijkse werking ondersteunen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor operationele vragen, begeleidt collega’s in het gebruik van toepassingen en denkt graag mee na over hoe processen nog efficiënter kunnen verlopen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de winkels bij vragen of problemen rond hun dagelijkse werking, met een sterke focus op het correct gebruik van systemen en procedures.
  • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt winkelcollega’s in het gebruik van IT-toepassingen zoals SAP, kassasystemen en scanners.
  • Je voorziet opleidingen en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe werkwijzen op een duidelijke en uniforme manier worden toegepast.
  • Je test wijzigingen en nieuwe functionaliteiten in systemen en je controleert of deze logisch aansluiten bij de praktijk op de winkelvloer.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit het Support Center in Wommelgem, maar je gaat regelmatig ook naar de winkels om collega’s ter plaatse te begeleiden en te ondersteunen.

Wie ben jij?

Je voelt je thuis in een operationele omgeving en krijgt energie van het helpen van collega’s. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in de volgende punten:

  • Je hebt ervaring met winkelprocessen en begrijpt hoe een winkelorganisatie in de praktijk functioneert.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met IT-systemen en leert vlot nieuwe toepassingen kennen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt ook over een goede kennis Frans, om je Franstalige collega’s te kunnen ondersteunen.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en haalt voldoening uit het begeleiden en ondersteunen van collega’s.
  • Jij denkt steeds in oplossingen en bent geduldig en praktisch ingesteld.
