Aufgaben

* Analysieren von Kundenanforderungen und fachliches Begleiten von Presales-Terminen gemeinsam mit dem Vertriebsteam

* Beraten zu modernen Netzwerk- und Security-Lösungen sowie Übersetzen technischer Konzepte in konkrete Mehrwerte für Kund_innen

* Mitwirken bei der Konzeption, Planung und Weiterentwicklung komplexer LAN-, WLAN-, WAN- und Firewall-Umgebungen auf Basis von Fortinet-, Aruba- und Cisco-Technologien

* Umsetzen und Inbetriebnehmen von Infrastrukturprojekten remote sowie direkt bei Kund_innen vor Ort

* Sicherstellen eines stabilen Betriebs durch Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supportanfragen

* Unterstützen beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung zukunftsorientierter Security-Konzepte in Bereichen wie ZTNA, SASE oder NAC

Profil

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt IT

* Erste praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Netzwerktechnik

* Fundierte Kenntnisse von Netzwerkgrundlagen sowie Routing-, Switching- und Security-Konzepten

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Shell-Umgebungen und der Arbeit über die CLI

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse und sicheres Auftreten im direkten Kund_innenkontakt

Das ist von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse mit Fortinet-, Aruba- oder Cisco-Lösungen

* Interesse an den Themen ZTNA, SASE, NAC oder modernen Zero-Trust-Architekturen

* Erfahrung in Consulting-, Presales- oder technischen Beratungssituationen

* Erste Praxis in der Planung oder Architektur von Netzwerk- und Security-Landschaften

* Bereitschaft, technische Zertifizierungen und Weiterbildungen aktiv voranzutreiben
